The blank (1) has peripheral panels (11, 12) comprising secondary folding lines (110, 120), parallel to a main folding line (5) and delimiting a set of strips (111, 121) with width (x) and another set of strips (112, 122) with width (y) on each of the lines. The strips are arranged for forming side walls (21, 22) of reservation box closed by a cover in a folding state of the blank, where the walls have height equal to thickness of a pre-slab. The side walls of the open reservation box have height equal to or greater than thickness of floor in another folding state of the blank. The blank is manufactured from a material chosen from sy6hthetic material, composite material and cardboard.
