The element (10) has a hollow frame (1) against which an insulating material (2) i.e. rock wool, is placed, and metallic armatures extending inside a transverse wall and a front shear wall. The armatures have respective reinforcements (20, 21) that are provided with respective U-shaped metallic bars (200) and are movable between retracted and deployed positions. The reinforcements are brought against the frame and extend parallel to the frame in the retracted position. The reinforcements extend perpendicularly outside of one side of the frame in the deployed position.
