BIO-DRYING METHOD OF WASTE PAINT SLUDGE CAPABLE OF MIXING WASTE PAINT SLUDGE WITH ORGANIC WASTE AND AGING THE MIXTURE USING THERMOPHILLIC MICROORGANISMS

PURPOSE: A bio-drying method of waste paint sludge is provided to improve the fermentation efficiency of the waste paint sludge by finally generating dried materials of high energy.;CONSTITUTION: A mixed organic waste(10) is formed by introducing thermophilic microorganisms. A mixing process and a fermenting process are followed. Organic waste and waste paint sludge(20) are introduced to, mixed, and fermented with the organic waste. The organic waste and the waste paint sludge are introduced into, mixed, and fermented with the mixed organic waste to implement a first fermenting process. The mixture of mixed organic waste the waste paint sludge is obtained. The mixture of the mixed organic waste and the waste paint sludge is aged to obtain a final product(50) in a secondarily fermenting process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
