PURPOSE: A milling insert having an indexable blade for a milling tool is provided to enable an operator to easily install the milling insert in a base body without a fastening member.;CONSTITUTION: A milling insert having an indexable blade for a milling tool comprises a bottom plane, a chip plane(12), and one or more locking units. Side planes are extended between the bottom and chip planes. Two of the side planes are primary flanks(13), and the other two are secondary flanks(14). Multiple cutting blades are formed between the chip plane and the flanks. Two cutting blades connected to the primary flanks are parallel to each other. Each locking unit is composed of a locking plane(17) and a coupling unit(18).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
