PURPOSE: A hand-held sanitation handle is provided to improve the sanitation by hanging on a rod or a handle in a bus or a subway.;CONSTITUTION: A hand-held sanitation handle comprises a ring portion(10), a knob portion(30) and a body portion(20). The ring portion is composed in the shape of a ring in which the bottom part is opened and is composed in order to hang on the support bar or the handle of subway or the bus. The ring portion is into one body formed in the upper end of the body portion. The knob portion has a gripping space in order to grip with a hand and is connected to the bottom of the body.
