PURPOSE: A draft control system of a ship is provided to minimize ecosystem disturbance and environmental damage by controlling buoyancy of a ship using a wing member.;CONSTITUTION: A draft control system of a ship comprises multiple wing members(10), a blade angle sensor(20), a draft sensor(30), a driving member(40), a buoyancy controlling part(50), and a controller(60). The wind members are combined in a hull to be submerged in the water and to rotate. The blade angle sensor measures the displacement of relative angle of a hull and wing members. The draft sensor measures the draft of a hull. The driving member diversifies the displacement of relative angle of a hull and wing members. The buoyancy controlling part controls the ballast / deballast of a hull.
