PURPOSE: Wastewater purifying inorganic coagulants, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for purifying wastewater using the same are provided to increase the phosphorus eliminating efficiency of a wastewater or sewage treating process. CONSTITUTION: Wastewater purifying inorganic coagulants include a poly aluminum metal chloride compounds represented by chemical formula, Al_2M_x(OH)_yCl_z. In the chemical formula, the M is a 2A-group metal element and is capable of being M or Ca. The x, the y, and the z satisfies an equation, 6+2x=y+z. The x is more than or equal to 0.08 and is less than or equal to 0.13. The y is more than or equal to 0.01 and is less than or equal to 0.95. The inorganic coagulants include 5-25 weight% of Al_2O_3. The basicity of the inorganic coagulants is less than or equal to 16%.
