PURPOSE: An integrated implant is provided to extend the length of a dental prosthesis joint by using a dental prosthesis extension part.;CONSTITUTION: An integrated implant comprises a bone insertion unit, a gum combining unit, a dental prosthesis combining unit, and a dental prosthesis extension unit(35). The bone insertion unit comprises a screw unit(23), a threadless unit(22), and a boundary strap(21). In the outer circumference of the screw unit, screw thread is formed. The threadless unit is formed on the top of the screw unit. The boundary strip is formed on the top of the threadless unit in order to display the boundary with the gum combining unit.
