PURPOSE: A teleconsulting system using a network and method using the same are provided to improve the efficiency of a consulting time by sharing content using s network. CONSTITUTION: The consulting navigation unit(400) of consulting function providing application(110) is connected to one of plural consulting terminals(310, 320). The consulting UI providing unit of the consulting function providing application provides consulting user interface to the user terminal. An electronic form writing application(140) provides a user interface in order to make an electronic document in the user terminal. An authentication and security application(120) provides the user inter face in order to authentication and security function to the user terminal.
