PURPOSE: An eco-friendly method for purifying the river water and a purifying system using the same are provided to continuously purify the river water through the turbulent flow and the hitting of water particle in a process of the polluted river water passing a siphon passage. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly method for purifying the river water and a purifying system using the same comprises the following steps. The shaft(32) of the water gate in the bottom part of the shaft joint of the water gate composed in the bottom part of H beam(83) is hinge-combined. The water stop joint(76) is included in the right and left side of the shaft joint of the water gate. The front panel(53) of the water gate is to attach to the upper front surface of H beam and a first siphon passage(58) is made. The backplate(31) of the water gate is made after the lower part of H beam in the side and the gravity generation(99) is made.
