摘要

PURPOSE: A heat pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily make a sealing and prevent the leakage to outside after charging the phase change material to the inside of a through-hole through a double partition.;CONSTITUTION: A heat pipe comprises a hollow portion, a through-hole portion(120), a partition wall(132) and an air-tightening material(200). The hollow portion passes through the fluid in inside. The through-hole portion is divided with the hollow portion and the heat is transmitted from the fluid passing through the hollow portion and the liquid in which the phase change is charged with the vacuum condition. The partition wall is arranged in the end part of the through-hole portion through a dual structure in order to seal the through-hole portion inside. The air-tightening material is fused within the partition wall of the dual structure in heating.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
