The body casing comprises the ventilation fan it is located in the downward of the water tank The discharge grill is formed in the front side of the body casing, the filter is installed in the downward of the water tank, the water dropping from cistern is provided and it passes through, and the air blown from the ventilation fan is purified. The water pump pumps the water in which the filter is through passed and which is temporarily stored at the lower part of the body casing.
