PURPOSE: An automatic police enforcement system and a method of illegal stopping and parking vehicles are provided to reduce man power and costs for securing parking vehicle by efficiently regulating the illegal stopping and parking vehicles. CONSTITUTION: In an automatic police enforcement system and a method of illegal stopping and parking vehicles, an unmanned aviation movable part flies. An image senor(120) obtains the image of the vehicles. A controller(110) controls the aviation movable part. The controller controls the image sensing part. A regulation data storage(155) stores a secure image. An image sensing part comprises a camera part(122) and an image processing unit(124).
