PURPOSE: System and method of measuring the brake performance of a vehicle using a real-time dynamic location determining technique are provided to analyze brake performance by considering lock back in times of sudden brake operation of a vehicle, send pseudorange correction, an error to a mobile station and correct location coordinators.;CONSTITUTION: A system(100) of measuring the brake performance of a vehicle using a real-time dynamic location determining technique comprises a pseudorange correction transmitter(110), a brake information collector(120), and a brake performance analyzer(130). The pseudorange correction transmitter is arranged at a fixed station(10). The pseudorange correction transmitter produces the satellite navigation location coordinator of the fixed station using a first satellite navigation unit(111). The pseudorange correction transmitter calculates and transmits pseudorange correction, which is an error between the calculated satellite navigation location coordinator and the pre-stored absolute location coordinator of the fixed station.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
