PURPOSE: A heating and cooling device is provided to improve the heating and cooling efficiency and reduce the electricity consumption by installing a first indoor condensation unit and a second indoor condensation unit inside an indoor unit.;CONSTITUTION: A heating and cooling device comprises an outdoor unit and an indoor unit(30). The indoor unit comprises an expansion side, a first indoor condensation unit(40) and a second indoor condensation unit(50). The expansion side is connected to the outdoor unit. The first indoor condensation unit is communicated in the expansion side and heat exchanges the flow of refrigerant and air in the horizontal state to the cross-flow mode. The second indoor condensation unit is connected to the first indoor condensation unit and heat exchanges the flow of refrigerant and air in the vertical state to the counter-flow mode.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
