PURPOSE: A single phase treble frequency generating apparatus and a high frequency generating apparatus are provided to be formed in a compact configuration by excluding the usage of a single phase reactor or a single phase transformer. CONSTITUTION: A single phase treble frequency generating apparatus(100) is connected to common electricity. The single phase treble frequency generating apparatus changes a three phase AC(Alternating Current) voltage, which receives power from corresponding common electricity, into single phase AC of a treble frequency. The single phase treble frequency generating apparatus outputs a converted single phase AC voltage to a single phase load(200). The single phase treble frequency generating apparatus multiplies a commercial power frequency trebly using a three phase transformer(2). The primary windings(21u, 21v, 21w) of the three phase transformer become connected with a Y-connection. The secondary windings(22u, 22v, 22w) of the three phase transformer are connected with a -connection. One end of a -connected secondary winding is connected to the single phase load.
