PURPOSE: A structural system of a safe cable tie for handcuffs using a slope and a wall is provided to prevent unintended release of a prisoner by preventing a foreign material from inserted into a head by a screen when a cable tie is bound.;CONSTITUTION: A structural system of a safe cable tie has a mechanical structure.
