PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an aluminum-alloy vacuum chamber is provided to enable a large vacuum chamber to be aluminum-cast in single body shape and at the same time, enhance pressure resistance and surface roughness of a chamber itself.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing an aluminum-alloy vacuum chamber comprises next steps. A body mold(2) with an open top is manufactured. Release agent(4) is coated on the entire outer surface of the body mold. Water mixed with adhesive, hardener, and porous ceramic powder is coated on the body mold and is dried. When a porous ceramic mold is manufactured, a casting inlet(8) is formed on the upper part of a ceramic mold(6), which can be divided into upper and lower parts. The body mold is removed from the ceramic mold. Rapidly cooling agent is coated on the inner surface of the ceramic mold.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
