PURPOSE: A random number generation is provided to determine a random value by using a period in which a current flow crossing a dielectric layer excesses a threshold value.;CONSTITUTION: A stress voltage circuit sanctions a stress voltage by crossing a dielectric oxide layer of a cell(10) and generates an oxide breakdown process. An oxide breakdown detecting circuit(20) determines the current range of the oxide breakdown process by measuring the response of the dielectric oxide layer about the stress voltage. A random number determining circuit determines a randomized value by depending on the current range of the oxide breakdown process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
