PURPOSE: A waterway guide board is provided to be manufactured to have high visibility during the night, thereby securing sailing safety of a ship. CONSTITUTION: A frame(11) arranges a guidance sign. A reflective layer(12) is installed in the bottom surface(11'1) of the frame. A light emitting device(13) is installed in the inner surface of an edge(11'2) of the frame. A light guide plate(14) is installed in the upper side of the light emitting device within the inner surface of the edge of the frame. A guidance displaying layer(15) is installed on the light guide plate and arranges a sign indicating sailing information in a ship. A protective layer(16) is installed on the guidance displaying layer in order to protect a display guidance layer from external environments such as rainwater.
