PURPOSE: A nautical chart storing device is provided to easily pick and use a safely stored nautical chart.;CONSTITUTION: A nautical chart hanger(100) includes a rod shaped body. The inner wheel of the nautical chart hanger moves in an inner orbit(200). The outer wheel of the nautical chart hanger moves in an external orbit(300). A vertical frame(400) is vertical to the lower parts of the inner and outer orbits.
