摘要

PURPOSE: A clay-supported nickel diamine catalyst is provided to increase the polymerization catalyst activity remarkably by including the metal component of organic metal compound, and obtain polyolefin/clay nanocomposite with the superior dispersibility of clay in polyolefin.;CONSTITUTION: A clay-supported nickel diimine catalyst comprises: a clay metal composite in which organic metal compound is modification-treated by clay containing an organic modifier in the chemical formula 1; and a nickel diamine catalyst supported by the clay metal composite. In the chemical formula 1, R1-R3 is C1-30 alkyl group, respectively and independently. At least one or more end of R1-R3 is substituted by hydroxy group(OH), and T is tallow with C14-18.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
