PURPOSE: A power amplifier is provided to connect an N MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor) amplification unit and P MOS amplification unit in parallel, thereby compensating input capacitance which is varied according to an operation mode.;CONSTITUTION: A first amplification part(110) comprises an amplification unit(111), a first gate power supply part(112), and a first bias power supply part(113). The amplification unit comprises a cascode connected first N MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor) amplifier and second N MOS amplifier. A second amplification part(120) is able to include an amplification unit(121) and a second gate power supply part(122). The amplification unit includes a cascode connected first P MOS amplifier and second P MOS amplifier. The second amplification part is able to additionally include a blocking capacitor blocking control signal transmission. A power combining part outputs a single output signal by combining output signals outputted from a drain of the second P MOS amplifier and drain of the first N MOS amplifier.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
