PURPOSE: An environmental-friendly construction method having a contaminated river water purifying function by forming a fish way is provided to naturally purify contaminated river water by discharging contaminated water with sludge.;CONSTITUTION: An environmental-friendly construction method having a contaminated river water purifying function by forming a fish way is as follows. Multiple supports are slidably installed in the side surface of a water gate. The supports are vertically positioned or overturned by an actuating cylinder(40). A lifting cylinder(50) is installed inside each support. Fixing bars(32) are connected to gaps between cylinder rods(51) of the lifting cylinders and the water gate through guide holes(31).
