PURPOSE: A hydroponics flowerpot, and a hydroponic culture system capable of easily assembling are provided to enable users to easily locate plural flowerpots in various arrangements. CONSTITUTION: A hydroponics flowerpot comprises the following: an inner flowerpot(110) including a hole(111) on the bottom, and supplying a space for planting plants; a cartridge(120) including plural filling layers for generating the capillary phenomenon, installed on the hole of the inner flowerpot; an outer flowerpot(130) including a space for storing water on the bottom, and fixing the inner flowerpot and the cartridge; and a water level controller(131) located on the outer flowerpot.
