PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing non-point pollutants using fluidic multi-staged filtering media is provided to effectively eliminate fine floats and to eliminate various pollutants by collecting rainwater from a rainwater pipe.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reducing non-point pollutants using fluidic multi-staged filtering media is composed of a first treating bath and a second treating bath. The first treating bath eliminates impurities through a fine screen. A bidirectional water path is formed at the lower side of the first treating bath to reduce the flux of introducing water. The second treating bath includes a diagonal filtering screen filled with multi-staged filtering layers. The introducing water is transferred from the lower side to the upper side of the second treating bath. Fine materials are precipitated at the lower side of the second treating bath.
