PURPOSE: A method for preparing liposome at low temperature is provided to encapsulate a heat-sensitive material in a liposome without thermal degradation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a liposome using surfactant comprises a step of each dispersing supercritical fluid containing the surfactant and water in which a heat-sensitive material is melt to preparing emulsion; and a step of passing the emulsion through a micro holes and evaporating the supercritical fluid. The supercritical fluid is supercritical carbon dioxide. The size of the micro holes is 10-1000 micron. The heat-sensitive material is proteins including enzyme, growth factor, and cytokine.
