PURPOSE: A continuous pyrolysis emulsion apparatus and a method thereof are provided to be consecutively exhausted as the ash containing the little exhaust gas and carbon by completely burning the residues.;CONSTITUTION: A continuous pyrolysis emulsion apparatus comprises a supplying unit(110) and first and second reaction units(120,130). The first reaction unit dries, preheats, or pyrolyze combustible materials transferred from the supplying unit and generates a first gaseous component and a pyrolytic residue. The second reaction unit partially oxidizes and burns the pyrolytic residue transferred from the first reaction unit and generates the second gaseous component, partially oxidized and burned residues. The moving unit of the generated material in the first and second reaction units is at least one between a rotary kiln type and a stoker type.
