PURPOSE: A shape analysis apparatus using an invariable rate based on multiple scale integral and method thereof are provided to analyze the shape of noise by creating shape signature based on integral in area including a specific shape. CONSTITUTION: A shape feature estimator(110) estimates a local geometric feature and a shape feature about a specific shape using a multi-scale kernel. A shape signature formation unit(120) creates the shape signature by integrating the estimated shape feature in an area including the specific shape. A shape analysis unit(130) analyzes the special shape through the shape signature. A shape comparing unit determines the similarity of two shapes by comparing the shape signatures with the two shapes.
