PURPOSE: A cold and hot water purifier is provided to prevent the propagation of bacteria in a water tank and to purify air introduced into the water tank through an air vent by heating the air vent.;CONSTITUTION: A cold and hot water purifier includes a filter(10), a water tank(20), a cooling system, a cooling bath(30), a heater(41), and a hot water tank(40). The cold and hot water purifier includes an air vent(21) and an air vent heating part(100). The air vent includes an inlet and an outlet and introduces external air into the water tank. The air vent heating part is arranged between the inlet and outlet and heats the air vent. The air vent heating part includes a water container(111) equipped with a heater. The air inlet(112b) is arranged at the lower side of the heater. An air outlet(113) is arranged at the upper surface of water in the water container.
