RECOMBINANT VECTOR CONTAINING A GENE ENCODING ADENYLATE CYCLASE ACTIVATING POLYPEPTIDE 1 (PITUITARY) FOR INHIBITING CERVICAL CANCER CELL-GROWTH AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR CERVICAL CANCER TREATMENT USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A therapeutic agent usign a recombinant vector cotnaining a gene encoding adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide 1(pituitary) is provided to suppress proliferation of cervical cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector for suppressing cervical cancer cell proliferation contains a gene encoding adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide 1(pituitary) or fragment thereof. The gene encoding ADCYAP1 is a cDNA of sequence number 1 derived from human body. A pharmaceutical composition for treating cervical cancer contains the recombinant vector as an active ingredient, having the gene encoding ADCYAP1 or fragment thereof. The pharmaceutical composition for treating cervical cancer contains ADCYAP1 protein or fragment thereof. ADCYAP1 protein has a base sequence of sequence number 2.
