The present invention relates to a portable photovoltaic device which is portable and can be automatically tracked by solar light, applying a semi-automatic precise solar tracking method using a screw spring without external power, and condensing a small solar power generation unit. In addition, the solar power generation unit and the mounting portion is configured to be coupled and separated, to provide a portable photovoltaic device that can be miniaturized and lightweight, easy to carry and transport, and automatic solar tracking.
