The present invention relates to a cryogenic binder including an epoxy resin and an organic / inorganic hybrid nanomaterial, and a cryogenic vacuum pump including an adsorption panel using the same. The binder according to the present invention exhibits adhesive performance during long-term storage at cryogenic temperatures.
