ANALYZED GAS STORING DEVICE OF A SF6-GAS INSULATED SWITCHGEAR AND STORING METHOD THEREOF CAPABLE OF REDUCING ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION

PURPOSE: An analyzed gas storing device of an SF6-gas insulated switchgear and a storing method thereof are provided to reduce operation costs by reusing SF6 gas stored in a storage tank.;CONSTITUTION: A storage tank(140) is connected to a gas analyzer(120) through a pipe(101a,101b). The analyzed gas is stored in a storage tank. A vacuum compressor(150) vacuumizes the pipe and the storage tank. A parallel pipe(105) is connected in parallel to the pipe connected to the vacuum compressor. The parallel pipe is connected to the pipe between gas analyzer and the vacuum compressor and the pipe between the vacuum compressor and the storage tank. A first switch valve(161) controls the gas which flows from the gas analyzer to the vacuum compressor. A second switch valve(162) controls the gas which flows in the parallel pipe. A trigonal valve(165) discharges gas which passes through the vacuum compressor to the outside. A third switch valve(163) controls the gas flowing in the pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
