PURPOSE: A safety inspection system for a bridge foundation structure using a water pressure sensor is provided to by inspecting water pressure applied to the bottom end or edge of a bridge foundation structure.;CONSTITUTION: A safety inspection system(1) for a bridge foundation structure using a water pressure sensor comprises a guide unit(110), a first reaction unit(120), an edge diagnosis unit(100), a second fastening unit(210), and a bottom end diagnosis unit(200). The guide unit covers the edge of a bridge foundation structure. The first reaction unit reacts when water pressure is applied to the bridge foundation structure. The edge diagnosis unit has a first fastening unit(130) which fixes the guide unit to the edge of the bridge foundation structure. The second fastening unit covers the bottom end of the bridge foundation structure.
