PURPOSE: A prestressed concrete girder wherein multiple wires are positioned on the front end of a tension part, a manufacturing method thereof, and a fabricated bridge construction method using the same are provided to reduce construction times and costs by the construction of the fabricated bridge. CONSTITUTION: A fabricated bridge construction method using a prestressed concrete girder wherein multiple wires are positioned on the front end of a tension part comprises following steps. A pile column(90) is vertically and horizontally penetrated into the ground(31) at fixed intervals. An upper projection(91) projected from the upper part of the pile column is inserted into a through-hole of a lower connecting supporter(80). A pier coping is formed by pouring and curing concrete inside the through hole. A rubber bearing(11) is installed on the lower connection supporting member. A prestressed concrete girder(20) is installed on the rubber bearing. A girder connection part(100) is installed in a space wherein girders are adjacent to each other to pour non-shrinkage concrete.
