摘要

PURPOSE: A steel concrete composite beam and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to maximize pre-stress caused by the increase of eccentricity and avoid the cross section of lower flange concrete excessively increasing to induce pre-stress.;CONSTITUTION: A steel concrete composite beam(10) comprises a steel web plate(11), a plurality of fixed members(12), a steel casing(13), lower flange concrete(14), a plurality of tendon(15), and a pair of slab holding flanges(16). The fixed members are installed on the lower part of the steel web plate in a length direction at regular intervals to pass through the steel web plate. The steel casing is installed on the lower part of the steel web plate through the fixed member. The lower flange concrete is filled in the steel casing.
