PURPOSE: A natural elimination type wastewater treatment system with an osculum caliber metal layer in an aeration tank is provided to maintain the high concentration of MLSS. CONSTITUTION: A natural elimination type wastewater treatment system comprises the following: a reactor(1) formed with a single aeration tank, an anoxic tank, an aeration tank, or an anaerobic tank, receiving wastewater for purifying; a diffuser(3) inserting air to the aeration tank(1b) using a blower(2); and a film module(5) formed with an osculum caliber metal layer(4) on the upper side of the diffuser.
