PURPOSE: An optical waveguide with independent light paths and an NDIR gas sensor using the same are provided to oscillate light of a light source, which is oscillated through an optical waveguide, through different light paths. CONSTITUTION: A light source(120) is located in the first focus(111b) of a first oval(111a). A first light detecting window is located in the second focus(111c) of the first oval. A first elliptical mirror(111) reflects light of the light source oscillated from the light source so that the light is collected in the first light detecting window. A second oval(112a) shares the first focus with the first oval. A second light detecting window is located in the second focus of the second oval. A second elliptical mirror(112) reflects light of the light source so that the light is collected in the second light detecting window.
