PURPOSE: A method and device for preventing dust accretion during bath smelting process are provided to prevent the fixing of dust, which is generated from a bath smelting process of non-ferrous metal, to a waste heat use boiler. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing dust accretion during bath smelting process comprises the next step. The concentration of the non-ferrous metal is enhanced according that the oxygen incubation air, provided to a lance, is oxygenized. A waste heat use boiler(20) is connected with the forward end of an up-take path(12) and a smelting furnace. The oxygen included gas is mixed with the refining gas in the front of the waste heat use boiler.
