PURPOSE: A system for analyzing the effect of human-induced events on risk/performance using fault trees and turbine cycle simulation and the method thereof are provided to easily manage a shape by minimizing the size and complexity of the fault tree. CONSTITUTION: A fault tree is provided(S1). The top event of the fault tree is selected(S2). A circulation logic is removed(S3). The event of fault tree is associated with turbine cycle simulation(S4). A pause possibility or output reductions due to a mechanical factor or a human factor which is generated in testing and repairing a generator is calculated(S5).
