PURPOSE: A dental implant fixture and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve fixing force by increasing a surface area contacted with an alveolar bone. CONSTITUTION: A dental implant fixture includes a screw thread(11) and a groove(12). The screw thread is formed in the body(10) peripheral surface of the implant fixture. The groove is concavely formed in the surface of the screw thread. The groove is formed in at least either the upper side or the lower surface of the screw thread. A bioactivation material for the synostosis promotion is loaded inside the groove.
