A METHOD FOR TRANSFORMATING THE PARCEL BOARDERLAND COORDINATES INTO WORLD GEODETIC SYSTEM COORDINATES

PURPOSE: A method for transforming parcel boarderland coordinates into world geodetic system coordinates is provided to reduce the field survey costs at a region having a boarderland coordinates register. CONSTITUTION: If 4 base points exists in the place where a user wants to install GPS survey device, a world geodetic system coordinates about the place is obtained through GPS survey by placing GPS measuring units at the 4 base points(S1,S2). The world geodetic system coordinates for the supplementary control points are calculated by using an observing angle/distance to the supplementary control point(S3). Therefore, parcel boarderland coordinates are identified, and the world geodetic system coordinates for the parcel boarderland coordinates are calculated(S4).
