PURPOSE: An electronic opening and closing apparatus is provided to minimize an interval difference between an upper assembly and an lower assembly by placing a separation member between the upper assembly and the lower assembly without precisely processing the lower part of the upper assembly and the upper side of the lower assembly.;CONSTITUTION: An upper assembly(110) includes a moving contact. The moving contact is arranged to be touched with or separated from a fixed contact point. An actuator includes the moving contact. An electronic opening and closing device(100) is formed into a hemispherical shape.
