ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY WATER SOLUBLE EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING INJURY FROM SALT AND NEUTRALIZATION OF CONCRETE

PURPOSE: An eco-friendly epoxy resin composition for preventing the salt contamination and the neutralization of a concrete structure is provided to improve the water resistance characteristic, the salty water resistance characteristic, the heat resistance characteristic, the weather resistance characteristic, or the impact resistance characteristic of the concrete structure using a water soluble hardening agent based on three specific components. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly epoxy resin composition includes a main material, a water soluble hardening agent, and a water soluble solvent. The main material includes a water dispersible bisphenol A resin or bisphenol F resin. The epoxy equivalent of the resin is between 150 and 550 g/eq. The water soluble hardening agent includes the resultant of 30-80 weight% of isophorondiamine, 10-60 weight% of the resin, and 1-50 weight% of a polyether amine resin. The water soluble solvent includes one selected from water, alcohol, glycol ether, and ketone.
