PURPOSE: A vaccine for preventing swine influenza and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure immunogenicity and safety. CONSTITUTION: An inactivated vaccine for preventing swine influenza contains swine influenza virus-isolated strain of A/Sw/Kor/CAN1/04(H1N1)(KCTC 11165BP), A/Sw/Kor/05K1/2005(H1N2)(KCTC 18132P), or A/Sw/Kor/CA04/05(H3N2)(KCTC 11167BP) which is prepared by sub-culture in a swine influenza virus-sensitive cell line and inactivation through formalin treatment. The swine influenza virus-sensitive cell line is MDCK(Madin-Darby canine kidney) cell line.
