Disclosed are a novel palmitoyltripeptide compound and an anti-wrinkle cosmetic composition comprising the same as an active ingredient. Having the ability to effectively pass through the skin barrier thanks to the lipophilic moiety thereof, the novel compound shows great improvements in skin wrinkles and elasticity. Also, the compound can promote the synthesis of collagen in wounded skin tissues, providing excellent skin rejuvenation properties.
