Sulfur Hexafluoride gas turnaround and refining device

PURPOSE: A sulfur hexafluoride gas returning and purifying system is provided to recycle sulfur hexafluoride gas filled inside a gas insulated switchgear with the purity greater than 97% using a cooling system. CONSTITUTION: A sulfur hexafluoride gas returning and purifying system(200) includes a cooling system(100). The cooling system comprises the following: a first freezing cycle formed with a first compressor, a first condenser, a first expansion valve, a first evaporator, and a first circulation pipe; a second freezing cycle formed with a second compressor, a second condenser, a second expansion valve, a second evaporator, and a second circulation pipe; and a heat exchanger.
