PURPOSE: A method and a device for managing farming village irrigation facility suing a mobile terminal are provided to effectively perform safe management of a farming village irrigation facility and perform systematic water management of farming village water. CONSTITUTION: A state information input/payment unit(560) request the payment by transmitting the facility information and state information to a server. The state information input/payment unit displays a corresponding response by receiving the corresponding response. A local communication unit(513) performs wireless communication with an external local communication module. A sensor input unit(570) inputs the state information input/payment unit based on the signal in which the local communication unit received from a local communication module which is mounted to a sensor installed in the facility.
