Disclosed is a method for managing a cooperative network with satellites in a wireless cognitive communication network. The cooperative network management method of satellite and radio recognition system improves transmission quality and performance of radio recognition system through efficient resource management method that optimizes radio resource allocation by sharing information between users of radio recognition system.
